The Whitechapel Society 1888 is a historical society that promotes the study of the Whitechapel murders and the social impact that this event had on the East End of London. Victorian and Edwardian life and culture in the East End of London also features in the interest of the Society along with other true crime events that are often intertwined with the Whitechapel murder and the East End in general.
